This is home for me, so I started filming it — homes, neighborhoods, new construction, the things you only know if you live here. My hope is that you find what you're looking for, and that when you're ready, you give me a shot at earning your business.
Behind every video is hands-on work: pricing a listing right, catching the problems at inspection, and making sure you actually understand what you're signing. I'd rather answer your questions for six months and earn the business later than push you into something now.
How I work
- Straight answers. If a home has a flood-zone, roof or pricing concern, you hear it from me first.
- Hands-on to closing. Inspections, appraisals, repair negotiations and the closing table.
- Local research. Comps, FEMA flood zone and tax history before you ever write an offer.
- No referral fees. Lenders, inspectors and insurance agents are introductions, not kickbacks.

Building new in Ascension or Livingston Parish?
The builder's sales rep works for the builder. I work for you — on upgrades, incentives, inspections, timelines and contract terms. In most communities the builder pays the buyer's agent fee, though that varies and is spelled out in your buyer agreement.
Text me before your first model-home visit. Most builders require your agent to register with you on that first visit.
I tour and sell South Louisiana's high end
Eleven estate and luxury tours on my channel, from a $2.2M Gonzales estate with a pool house and ponds to a 28-acre property in Walker and a 6,000 sq. ft. home on Highland Road. These homes need marketing that matches: cinematic video, professional stills and discreet, one-on-one service.
They also carry variables standard transactions don't — well and septic, elevation and insurance on outbuildings, appraisal challenges when comparable sales are scarce.
