What this one covers
The home runs nearly 3,800 square feet with five bedrooms and four baths: a large kitchen with an oversized island, custom finishes, a walk-in pantry and a primary suite laid out for separation from the secondary bedrooms. Outside there's a resort-style pool, a heated jacuzzi, covered living space and a water view.
In the tour I spend time on the things that matter beyond finishes — location, layout and construction quality — because those are what hold value. Finishes date; a good floor plan in a good location doesn't.
